摘 要:通过在水泥粉磨中掺入氯化钠、硫酸钠等无机盐及其复配助磨剂,研究无机盐单掺和复配助磨剂对水泥助磨效果和物理性能的影响。经研究发现,无机盐单掺因其掺量较低,影响程度相对较小,复配助磨剂可以改善助磨效果及提升水泥强度,但也会引发其他性能不利影响。助磨效果方面,氯化钠、硫酸钠和亚硝酸钙使得水泥45μm筛余有所下降,但整体细度并未明显提高,三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠有利于整体细度提高;无机盐复配助磨剂对水泥45μm筛余下降明显,整体细度更细。水泥稠度和净浆流动度方面,无机盐单掺影响较小,无论助磨剂复配无机盐与否均对水泥流动度和稠度有一定负面影响。强度方面,在一定掺量时,氯化钠和硫酸钠对28d抗压强度不利,而三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠对28d抗压强度略有提升作用,亚硝酸钙对强度影响不明显,助磨剂对水泥抗压强度提升较为明显,其中助磨剂引入无机盐后对提高3d抗压强度更加显著。In this paper,the effects of inorganic salt and compound grinding aid on grinding effect and physical properties of cement were studied by mixing inorganic salt and compound grinding aid in cement grinding.It is found that the inorganic salt mixture is relatively small because of its low content,and the grinding aid can improve the grinding effect and enhance the cement strength,but it will also cause other adverse effects on properties.In terms of grinding effect,sodium chloride,sodium sulfate and calcium nitrite reduce the 45μm sifting amount of cement,but the overall fineness is not significantly improved,and sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hmetaphosphate are beneficial to the overall fineness.The screening residue of cement 45μm with inorganic salt grinding aid decreased obviously,and the overall fineness was finer.In terms of cement consistency and slurry flow,inorganic salt alone has little effect,and whether inorganic salt is mixed with grinding aid or not has a certain negative effect on cement flow and consistency.In terms of strength,at a certain dosage,sodium chloride and sodium sulfate have a negative effect on the 28d compressive strength,while sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hmetaphosphate have a slight effect on the 28d compressive strength,calcium nitrite has no obvious effect on the strength,and grinding AIDS have a significant effect on the compressive strength of cement,among which the introduction of inorganic salts has a more significant effect on the 3d compressive strength.
