摘  要:随着X射线荧光光谱(XRF)检测技术的发展,样品制备要求不断提高,现代工业生产对自动化检测的需求也日益增长。本研究基于MLD法先进XRF理论,设计研发行业首台套全自动熔融设备系统,并成功取得场景应用,实现了全流程检测自动化无人操作,填补了XRF检测领域熔融制样装备与技术空白。实验表明:该套系统运行稳定,制样规范,检测数据准确度高,精密度好,能有效减少人工操作,实现材料元素精确分析,助力企业降本增效和数字化转型升级。With the development of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)detection technology,sample preparation requirements are constantly improving,and the demand for automated detection in modern industrial production is also growing.Based on the advanced XRF theory of the MLD method,this study designed and developed the industry's first set of automatic melting equipment systems successfully achieved scene application,realized the automatic unmanned operation of the whole process detection,and filled the gap of melting sample preparation equipment and technology in the field of XRF testing.The experiment shows that the system has stable operation,standard sample preparation,high accuracy,and good precision of detection data,which can effectively reduce manual operation,achieve accurate analysis of material elements,and help enterprises reduce cost and increase efficiency and digital transformation and upgrading.
