表层套管固井低剪切速率对水泥浆性能的影响——以厄瓜多尔安第斯区块为例

摘  要:厄瓜多尔安第斯区块表层的固井主要应用A级油井水泥,固井过程中出现多次顶替压力异常升高。为此,针对该区块表层低返速固井水泥浆在注替过程中流动速度低、剪切速率小可能影响其水化反应速度的问题,研究了低返速固井条件所致低剪切速率对A级水泥浆性能的影响。研究结果表明,在低剪切速率条件下,水泥浆的水化反应速度及进程加快,稠化时间大幅缩短,容易导至水泥浆提前稠化;水泥石悬浮稳定性和抗压强度基本不受影响;依据低剪切速率对水泥浆性能的影响,对水泥浆设计进行优化,解决了表层固井水泥浆提前稠化顶替压力异常问题。A-grade oil well cement is mainly used for surface cementing in Andes block of Ecuador,and the abnormal increase of displacement pressure occurred many times during cementing process.Aiming at the problem that low flow speed and low shear rate may affect its hydration reaction speed during injection and displacement,the influence of low shear rate caused by low return velocity cementing is studied.The results show that under the condition of low shear rate,the hydration reaction speed and process of cement slurry are accelerated,and the thickening time is greatly shortened,which makes it easy for early thickening of cement slurry,while the suspension stability and compressive strength of cement stone are not affected.According to the influence of low shear rate on the performance of cement slurry,the cement slurry design is optimized,and the abnormal of early thickening displacement pressure of surface cementing slurry is solved.
