摘  要:酸蚀蚓孔生长及其形态的确定,是碳酸盐岩增产领域研究的基础。碳酸盐岩油气藏酸化工艺主要有基质酸化和酸压两大类。两类工艺对酸蚀蚓孔生长形态的调控方向不同。基质酸化的关键是促进酸蚀蚓孔的生长,酸压过程中则需要抑制蚓孔生产。基于川东某碳酸岩低渗气藏地质特征,建立了双尺度酸蚀蚓孔生长模型,通过径向模型和轴向模型两个角度,分析了孔隙度、渗透率分布等地质因素和酸液浓度、注酸排量、酸液黏度等工程因素对蚓孔生长形态的影响。研究发现,渗透率和孔隙度对蚓孔生长有明显影响,各工程因素对蚓孔生长的影响程度为:注入速度>酸液浓度>酸液黏度。The determination of the growth and morphology of acidizing wormholes is the research foundation of carbonate rock stimulation.The acidizing technology of carbonate reservoir mainly includes matrix acidification and acid fracturing.The two kinds of processes have different regulation directions for acidizing wormholes.The key to matrix acidification is to promote the wormhole growth,and the production of wormholes needs to be inhibited during acid fracturing.Based on the geological characteristics of a low-permeability carbonate gas reservoir in eastern Sichuan,a two-scale acidizing wormhole growth model was established.The effects of geological factors such as porosity and permeability distribution,as well as engineering factors such as acid concentration,acid injection rate,and acid viscosity on the growth morphology of wormholes were analyzed from the perspectives of radial and axial models.The results indicate that permeability and porosity have an obvious effect on the growth of wormholes.The effects of engineering factors on wormhole growth were as follows:injection rate>acid concentration>acid viscosity.
