摘 要:目的 调查河北省某市中小学心理健康教育资源现况,为科学规划中小学心理健康教育提供依据。方法 依据教育部《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》自编《学校心理健康教育工作调查表》,对该市420所中小学,1 810名心理健康教师开展普查。结果 在基础设施建设、心理咨询服务上高中优于小学、初中学校;在心理健康课程开设上,小学优于其他学段学校;在科普宣传工作上,市区学校优于其他区域学校;在师资构成上,专职教师的比例为7.40%(134/1 810),其中第一专业为心理学的比例为30.77%(78/1 810);女性99名,男性35名;20~30岁的专职教师58名,占比10.05%(58/577);以3年以下工作年限教师54名,占比5.60%(54/965)。结论 该市中小学心理健康教育尚未实现心理健康教育全覆盖和城乡均衡化发展,建议配齐心理健康专职教师,开足心理健康教育课程,加大中小学和乡村心理健康教育财政经费投入。Objective To investigate the current situation of mental health education resources in primary and secondary schools in a city of Hebei Province,so as to provide a basis for scientific planning of mental health education in primary and secondary schools.Methods According to the Work Questionnaire on School Mental Health Education compiled by the Ministry of Education,a total of 1810 mental health teachers from 420 primary and secondary schools in the city were surveyed.Results In terms of infrastructure construction,psychological counseling services,high schools are better than primary and junior high schools;In terms of offering mental health courses,primary schools are better than other stages of education;In terms of science popularization and publicity work,urban schools are better than schools in other regions;In terms of teacher staff,the proportion of full-time teachers is 7.40%(134/1810),with 30.77%(78/1810)focusing on psychology as their first major;In terms of gender composition,there are 99 females and 35 males;58 full-time teachers aged 20-30,accounting for 10.05%(58/577);54 teachers with less than 3 years of working experience,accounting for 5.60%(54/965).Conclusion Mental health education in primary and secondary schools in this city has not yet achieved full coverage of mental health education and balanced development of urban and rural areas.It is recommended that full-time teachers of mental health be allocated,that the curriculum of mental health education be sufficiently developed,and that financial investment in mental health education in primary and secondary schools and rural areas be increased.
