摘 要:目的 探讨大学生正念、心理资本与生命意义感的关系。方法 采用线上方便抽样的方法,以610名广东省大学生为被试,运用五因素正念度量表、积极心理资本问卷、人生意义问卷进行调查。结果 大学生正念与心理资本、生命意义感呈正相关(r=0.711、0.454,P<0.05);心理资本的自我效能感、希望维度在大学生正念与意义体验之间存在中介效应(β=0.119、0.325,95%CI均不包含0),正念可以通过心理资本的自我效能感、希望维度正向预测大学生的意义体验;心理资本的4个维度在大学生正念与意义寻求之间存在中介作用(β=0.162、0.147、0.084、-0.149,95%CI均不包含0),正念可以通过心理资本的自我效能感、希望、乐观维度正向预测大学生的意义寻求,通过韧性维度负向预测意义寻求。结论 正念可以通过心理资本的自我效能感、希望维度促进大学生的意义体验;正念也可以通过心理资本的自我效能感、希望、乐观维度促进大学生的意义寻求,通过韧性维度削弱大学生的意义寻求。Objective To explore the relationship between mindfulness,psychological capital,and sense of life meaning among college students.Methods A total of 610 college students from Guangdong Province were recruited by the online convenience sampling method.The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and Meaning in Life Questionnaire were used for data collection.Results College students'mindfulness has a significant positive correlation with psychological capital and sense of meaning in life(r=0.711,0.454,P<0.05).The relationship between mindfulness and presence of meaning was mediated by self-efficacy and hope dimensions(β=0.119,0.325,and the 95%confidence intervals do not include 0).Mindfulness positively predicted presence of meaning through self-efficacy and hope dimensions of psychological capital.The four dimensions of psychological capital mediated the relationship between mindfulness and search for meaning(β=0.162,0.147,0.084,-0.149,and the 95%confidence intervals does not include 0).Mindfulness positively predicted search for meaning through self-efficacy,hope,and optimism dimensions,while negatively predicting search for meaning through the resilience dimension.Conclusion Mindfulness can promote the presence of meaning among college students through the dimensions of self-efficacy and hope in psychological capital.Additionally,mindfulness can also promote the search for meaning through the dimensions of selfefficacy,hope,and optimism in psychological capital,and weaken the search for meaning through the resilience dimension.
