摘　　要：为配合下芯机器人将砂芯快速、准确、安全的下到砂箱内,设计了一种多维砂箱定位机构用以确保砂箱的定位精度。简要介绍了下芯机和下芯机器人的下芯方案,主要阐述了多维砂箱定位机构的结构组成以及工作原理。In order to cooperate with the core-setting robot to quickly,accurately,and safely set the sand core into the sand box,a multi-dimensional sand box positioning mechanism has been designed to ensure the positioning accuracy of the sand box.A brief introduction has been given to the core-setting scheme of the core-setting machine and core-setting robot,mainly elaborating on the structural composition and working principle of the multi-dimensional sand box positioning mechanism.
