摘  要:随着铸造车间的机械化、自动化、智能化要求日益提高,为减少企业用人,保障企业安全生产,传统使用叉车运送回炉料的方式已逐渐被机械化输送方式代替。通过对比分析近几年常见的回炉料输送方式优缺点,以期能为以后新建项目选择合适的回炉料输送方式提供借鉴和参考。With the increasing requirements for mechanization,automation,and intelligence in casting workshops,in order to reduce enterprise personnel usage and ensure enterprise safety in production,the traditional method of using forklifts to transport furnace materials has gradually been replaced by mechanized transportation.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common methods of conveying foundry returns in recent years,it is hoped to provide reference and guidance for selecting suitable foundry returns conveying methods for future new projects.
