摘　　要：冷芯盒工艺是目前普遍使用的铸造砂芯成型工艺,根据发动机机体铸造用冷芯盒工装在实际生产中遇到的问题,从射砂系统结构方面进行分析并给出优化建议,有助于提高砂芯质量、提高制芯效率、降低制造成本,具有一定的借鉴意义。The cold core box process is currently a widely used casting sand core forming process.Based on the problems encountered in the actual production of cold core box tooling for engine body casting,analysis has been conducted and optimization suggestions have been provided in the text from the perspective of the sand shooting system structure,which helps to improve the quality of sand cores,improve core making efficiency,and reduce manufacturing costs.It has certain reference significance.
