摘　　要：介绍了地轨小车铁液输送系统方案的设计,包括设计要求、地轨小车铁液输送系统技术特点、方案布局及工艺流程,同时对设计要点进行了分析。通过采用铁液自动化输送系统,将电炉至浇注炉之间的工序进行有机连接,大大提升了铁液的输送效率。The scheme design of the molten iron conveying system by ground rail trolley has been introduced,including design requirements,technical characteristics,scheme layout,and process flow.At the same time,the key design points have been analyzed.By adopting an automatic conveying system for molten iron,the process from the electric furnace to the pouring furnace has been organically connected,greatly improving the conveying efficiency of molten iron.
