摘　　要：砂型3DP打印机以铸造用砂作为构建材料,与粘结剂配合使用可以打印出结构复杂、高精度的砂型产品。清砂装置是3DP打印机重要组成部分,当砂型打印结束后,清砂装置对砂型周围的浮砂进行自动清理回收,该清砂装置包括自动传送装置(皮带输送装置、管链输送装置、螺旋输送装置)及三轴伺服举升结构,通过机械结构组合及逻辑组合,实现砂箱中浮砂的清理及旧砂的自动回收。有效提升产品清砂效率,保证过程质量稳定。The sand 3DP printer uses casting sand as the construction material,which can print sand products with complex structures and high accuracy when used in conjunction with adhesives.The sand cleaning device is an important component of the 3DP printer.After the sand mold printing is completed,the sand cleaning device automatically cleans and recycles the floating sand around the sand mold.The sand cleaning device includes an automatic conveyor(belt conveyor,pipe chain conveyor,screw conveyor)and a three-axis servo lifting structure.Through mechanical and logical combination,the cleaning of floating sand in the sand box and the automatic recovery of old sand have been achieved,effectively improving product sand cleaning efficiency and ensuring stable process quality.
