摘　　要：通过对铸造行业砂处理系统实时砂量控制及监控,提出砂处理系统自动化方面的一些想法,以期通过对砂量实时监控体系的建设,达到降本增效的作用。By controlling and monitoring the real-time sand volume of the sand preparation system in the foundry industry,some ideas on the automation of the sand preparation system have been proposed,with the aim of achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement through the construction of a real-time sand volume monitoring system.
