碱酚醛树脂砂工艺生产流量调节阀铸钢件产生裂纹缺陷原因分析及解决方案

摘　　要：分析了流量调节阀铸钢件经常出现裂纹缺陷的形成原因,从原材料选择、生产过程控制等方面提出防止和消除裂纹的解决措施。重点提出:提高型芯的退让性,以减小收缩应力;严格控制钢水化学成分,特别是硫、磷等有害元素,净化钢液,控制浇注温度和提高浇注速度,提高铸钢件的抗裂性;采用冷铁和冒口配合,改变铸件凝固顺序,减小热应力;适当采用抗裂筋,减轻局部因应力不均产生的热烈倾向。The causes of frequent crack defects in steel castings of flow control valves have been analyzed,and solutions to prevent and eliminate cracks have been proposed from aspects such as raw material selection and production process control.The key points have been put forward as follows:improve the flexibility of the core to reduce shrinkage stress;strictly control the chemical composition of molten steel,especially harmful elements such as sulfur and phosphorus,purify the molten steel,control the pouring temperature and increase the pouring speed,and improve the crack resistance of steel castings;adopt a combination of cold iron and riser to change the solidification sequence of castings and reduce thermal stress;appropriate use of anti-cracking reinforcement to reduce the local tendency to heat up due to uneven stress.
