摘　　要：硫易切削钢是当今使用最广泛的易切削钢种,钢中硫化物的形态影响钢的切削性能。介绍了改变钢中硫化物形态的不同工艺手段,例如可以改变钢中氧含量、添加稀土、改变锰硫比等因素来控制钢中夹杂物的形态。Sulfur free cutting steel is the most widely used type of free cutting steel today,and the morphology of sulfides in steel affects its cutting performance.Different process methods for changing the morphology of sulfides in steel to control the morphology of inclusions in the steel have been introduced,such as changing the oxygen content in the steel,adding rare earths,and changing the manganese sulfur ratio.
