摘 要:检验检测认证是国家重点发展的高技术服务业行业之一,近年来检验检测类园区的建设持续增长,机构总量不断增加。同时,由于检验检测类建筑能耗较高,在能耗管理方面的政策和用能参考较为欠缺。在碳达峰碳中和的指导思想下,检验检测类园区的低碳运行管理显得越发重要。本文从现状调研、低碳管理和运行的案例分析和管理成效等几个方面介绍了检验检测类园区的发展现状,探索总结了检验检测类园区低碳运行管理的方法,为同类型园区提供参考。Inspection,testing and certification is one of the high-tech service industries in China.In recent years,the construction of inspection and testing parks has continued to grow,and so as the total number of related institutions.Meanwhile,due to the high energy consumption of inspection and testing buildings,there is a lack of policies and energy reference in energy consumption management.Under the guidance of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the low-carbon operation and management pattern of inspection and testing parks is becoming more and more important.This paper introduces the development status of inspection and testing parks from the aspects of current situation research,case analysis of low-carbon management and operation,and management effectiveness,explores and summarizes the methods on low-carbon operation and management of inspection and testing parks,providing references for similar parks.
