摘 要:地源热泵是改善大气环境和节约能源的一种有效途径,也是地源能利用的新发展方向。本文以南京市某高档住宅项目为例,介绍了地源热泵作为热源在住宅集中热水系统中的应用,地源热泵和燃气锅炉在不同工况下的运行方式,热水系统的管网布置,保证循环热水系统的循环措施等,并总结了项目的设计经验及存在的不足,希望为寻求房屋高质量发展途径的建设者提供一点借鉴。Ground source heat pump is an effective way to improve the atmospheric environment and save energy,and it is also the development direction of ground source energy utilization.Taking a high-grade residential project in Nanjing as example,this paper introduces the application of ground-source heat pump as heating source in residential centralized hot water system,explains the operation modes of ground-source heat pump and gas boiler under different working conditions,studies the pipe network layout of hot water system,explores the circulation measures for ensuring the hot water system circulating,and summarizes the design experience and shortcomings of the project.The author hopes to provide some reference for builders seeking high-quality housing development paths.
