摘  要:纳米管的填充技术是制备高性能复合材料和功能材料的重要手段之一,它可以利用管腔内的限域效应来控制填充物的形态尺寸及物理化学性质,从而实现特定的功能。埃洛石纳米管是一种两端开口的通透管状材料,它可以作为多种活性物质的载体,在其管内填充各种粒子以合成新型复合材料。同时,埃洛石是一种天然环保的硅酸盐粘土材料,无毒无害,储量高,易开采,在未来的材料领域具有很高的潜在应用价值。本文通过总结在埃洛石管内填充技术领域的工作,概述了几种应用前景比较高的金属粒子填充管内的方法,以及其用到的改性剂或表面活性剂。目前仍然有许多纳米粒子在进入管内的过程中存在困难,且管内粒子的形貌控制、填充比例等都做不到精准调控。如何解决这些问题是埃洛石管内填充技术在今后发展中的主要研究方向。The nanotube filling technology is one of the most important methods for the synthesis of composite materials and functional materials.It can control the size,physical and chemical properties of the particles in the nanotube cavity by using the confining effect in the nanotube lumen,so as to realize its specific functions.Halloysite nanotube is one kind of tubular nanostructure with open ends.It can be used as a nanocarrier of active compound to fill the tube with various particles to synthesize new composite materials.In addition,halloysite is a natural and environmentally friendly silicate clay material,which has the advantages such as non-toxic and harmless,high reserves,easy to mining.Therefore,the filled halloysite nanotubes has a high potential application value in the functional material field.In this paper,by summarizing the previous works in the field of halloysite nanotube filling technology,the authors introduced several methods of filling of metal particles into the tube,as well as the related modifier or surfactant.However,there are still many particles have various difficulties in the process of entering the tubes.In addition,the shape control and filling ratio of the particles in the tube cannot be accurately tailored.How to solve these problems is the main work of halloysite tube filling technology in the future research and development.
