基于全生命周期住宅理念下的新农居设计——以青岛市崂山农居为例

摘　　要：自党的十九大报告中提出“乡村振兴战略”后,全国各地开始进行新农村建设,村居的规划、重建与改造也是建设新农村的重要内容之一。随着社会的发展,建筑领域的新技术、新能源、新材料层出不穷,我国对住房的需求也越来越多,所以当下对农居的改善建设显得尤为重要。文章以青岛市崂山区的农居为研究对象,站在全生命周期住宅这一新建筑理念的视角,通过对全生命周期住宅理念、崂山村农居现状、新农居设计策略等各方面的阐述与分析,探究崂山区农居建筑设计的形式与方法,为今后青岛市新农居的研究与建设提供参考。Since the“rural revitalization strategy”was put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of new countryside has conducted all over the country.The planning,reconstruction and transformation of rural houses is also one of the important contents of building a new countryside.With the development of the society,the new technologies,new energy and new materials in the field of architecture emerge one after another,and China’s demand for housing is also increasing.Therefore,the improvement and construction of rural housing is particularly important.This paper takes the rural housing in Laoshan District of Qingdao as the research object.From the perspective of the new architectural concept of full life cycle housing,the paper elaborates and analyzes the concept of full life cycle housing,the current situation of Laoshan rural housing and the design strategy of new rural housing,and explores the forms and methods of rural housing architectural design in Laoshan District,so as to provide a reference for the research and construction of new rural housing in Qingdao in the future.
