枕河老民居,活化新生活——甪直古镇三期下塘片区民居保护更新设计

摘　　要：甪直古镇民居多为传统明清建筑,构成古镇发展肌理的组合式院落,而主要街巷两侧则以零星、错落有致、粉墙黛瓦的民居建筑为主,少量商业建筑穿插其间,极具江南水乡的典型建筑特色。街、巷、庭院空间是展现居民生活最主要的方面,也是一个古镇的精华。古镇的保护开发除了要打造别具一格的古镇风貌、发展特色的商业旅游外,还应注重还原真实的古镇场景。本次规划通过整体保护、微循环式、功能调整、改善民生四大策略,传承甪直古镇文化,激活古镇有机更新,打造适宜居住的传统民居,实现“溯枕河人家,享水乡清韵”的美好愿景。Most of the folk houses in Luzhi Ancient Town are traditional buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,forming a composite courtyard with the texture of the development of the ancient town.On both sides of the main streets and alleys,there are mainly scattered,well arranged,white walled and black tiled folk houses,with a small number of commercial buildings interspersed between them,which have the typical architectural characteristics of Jiangnan water town.Street,lane and courtyard space are the most important aspects to show residents’life,and also the essence of an ancient town.The protection and development of the ancient town should not only create a unique style of the ancient town and develop distinctive commercial tourism,but also focus on restoring the real scene of the ancient town.Through four strategies of overall protection,micro circulation,function adjustment and improvement of the people’s livelihood,this plan inherits the culture of Luzhi ancient town,activates the organic renewal of the ancient town,creates the traditional folk houses suitable to the original inhabitants,and realizes the beautiful vision of“living beside the river and enjoying the charm of the water town”.
