摘　　要：随着人们保护意识的增强,历史街区作为城市建设中至关重要的文化符号,其保护与更新的策略研究关系到城市历史文脉的延续。文章以大连市凤鸣街历史街区为研究对象,通过实地调研分析目前历史街区的现状,综合运用建筑类型学的理论研究方法,对街区内既有建筑设施进行形式及功能上的解构与重组,使其在保留厚重的历史信息的基础上,能够更加契合现代生产生活的需要,进而提升当地居民及外来游客的归属感与认同感,有助于地方性历史文脉的继承与发展。With the improvement of people’s protection consciousness,historic block is a crucial cultural symbol in urban construction,and the research on its protection and renewal strategy is related to the continuation of urban historical context.This paper takes Fengming historical block of Dalian City as the research object,analyzes the current status of the historical block through field investigation,and comprehensively applies the theoretical research method of architectural typology to deconstruct and reorganize the existing architectural facilities on the street in terms of form and function,so that they can better meet the needs of modern production and life on the basis of retaining heavy historical information.It improves the sense of belonging and identity of local residents and foreign visitors,and promotes the inheritance and development of local historical context.
