摘　　要：我国提出文化强国战略,要求坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文,推进文化和旅游融合发展,中原地区是中华文化的重要源头和中华文明的摇篮,中原城市群内文化旅游资源富集,文化特异性突出,文旅融合发展的基础条件良好,文章在分析中原城市群文化旅游资源特色和旅游产业发展的基础上,选择文化旅游名城、文旅小镇、文化旅游景区、旅游度假区、文旅综合体作为中原城市群文旅融合发展的重要载体,并提出了中原城市群各文旅融合载体的建设重点。China puts forward the strategy of strengthening the country by culture,which requires adhering to the principle of“building tourism by culture”and promoting the development of culture and tourism integration.The Central Plains region is an important source of Chinese culture and the cradle of Chinese civilization.Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration has rich cultural and tourism resources,which have outstanding cultural characteristics and good foundation for the integrated development of culture and tourism.The paper analyzes the characteristics of cultural and tourism resources and the basis of tourism industry development of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration,chooses famous cultural and tourism city,cultural and tourism characteristic town,cultural tourist scenic area,tourism and resort zone,and cultural tourism complex as the carriers for the integration of culture and tourism,and proposes the construction emphases for the carrier of culture and tourism integration of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration.
