大伦敦规划演变对国土空间规划的启示

摘　　要：文章分析了21世纪以来大伦敦发展面临的形势,梳理了大伦敦规划演变的脉络,并对其各个时期的规划作出了评估。在此基础上,结合我国城市发展面临的实际问题和对未来城镇化发展道路的思考,提出了加强多学科多部门协作、实行分区策略、注重生态平衡、体现人文关怀,以及重视规划过程、及时反馈和修订的建议,以期为我国空间规划提供借鉴。This paper analyzes the situation for the development of Greater London since the 21st century,sorts out the development context of the Greater London Plan,and makes assessments on the plan of the Greater London in various periods.On this basis,in view of the practical problems faced by China’s urbanization development and the reflection on the future development path of urbanization,the suggestions are put forward to strengthen multidisciplinary and multisectoral collaboration,to implement zoning strategies,to pay attention to ecological balance,to embody humanistic care,as well as to pay attention to the planning process,and to timely feedback and revise,with a view to providing a reference for the spatial planning in China.
