集约化土地策略下的中学校园规划和设计——以东莞滨海湾新区虎门镇远中学为例

摘　　要：随着城镇化程度不断提升,城市土地稀缺、城市人口增量与教育资源相对缺乏之间的矛盾日益显现,集约化的土地使用策略形成必然趋势。以东莞滨海湾新区虎门镇远中学的校园规划设计为例,探讨如何形成紧凑、高效、有机的功能组合,并拓展岭南建筑在当下环境下的运用。With the continuous improvement of urbanization,the contradiction between the scarcity of urban land,the increase of urban population and the relative lack of educational resources has become increasingly apparent,and the intensive land use strategy has formed an inevitable trend.Taking the campus planning and design of Humen Zhen Yuan Middle School in Dongguan Marina Bay New Area as an example,discusses how to form a compact,efficient and organic functional combination and expand the application of Lingnan architecture in the current environment.
