摘　　要：广东地区存在大量20世纪80年代建造的小型工业建筑,该类建筑面临着使用功能的转变。以东莞市某小型工业建筑绿色化改造示范工程为例,以建筑专业为主导,通过对室内空间布局,开窗形式的优化、建筑遮阳与立面风格统一、灰空间设置和屋面蒸发冷却隔热技术等绿色化措施的应用,使既有建筑“重获新生”,经过测试分析该项目节能效果显著,且经济效果明显。There are a large number of small industrial buildings built in the 1980's in Guangdong region,which are facing a transformation in their functional use.Takes a demonstration project for the green transformation of a small industrial building as an example,with the architectural profession as the leading factor.Through the optimization of indoor space layout,window opening forms,the unification of building shading and facade style,the setting of gray space,and the application of roof evaporate cooling and insulation technology and other green measures,the existing building has been"revitalized".After testing and analysis,the project has significant energy-saving effects and obvious economic effects.
