摘 要:2019年《绿色建筑评价标准》重新定义了绿色建筑,绿色建筑的研究范围也从建筑的节能环保延伸到了对人居环境的关注。发展绿色建筑是建筑可持续的重要途径,特殊地形气候条件下的传统建筑是建筑与自然环境本土文化共生的产物,与绿色建筑的理念相契合。通过对云南怒江兰坪地区两个以傈僳族为主的少数民族村落进行研究,参考《绿色建筑评价标准》中安全耐久、健康舒适、资源节约、环境宜居、生活便利五个模块,对该地区传统井干式建筑的绿色建筑价值进行分析。该地区传统井干式建筑具有绿色建筑的特性,能够体现地域文化,同时解决了当地地形气候的问题,对资源进行合理利用,然而在生活便利性和健康舒适性上还有改善的空间,因此对其提出更新改善的策略以促进传统井干式建筑的保护传承。In 2019,the Evaluation Standard of Green Building has redefined green building,and the research scope of green building has extended from energy conservation and environmental protection of buildings to concern about the living environment.The development of green architecture is an important way to make architecture sustainable.Traditional architecture under special terrain and climate conditions is the product of symbiosis between architecture and natural environment and local culture,which is consistent with the concept of green building.Based on the study on two minority villages of Lisu minority in Lanping,Nujiang Prefecture,Yunnan province,the green building value of traditional well-frame buildings in this area is analyzed by referring to the five modules of the Evaluation Standard of Green Building,namely,safe and durable,healthy and comfortable,resource saving,suitable environment and convenient life.Traditional well-frame buildings in the region has the characteristics of green building,which are capable of embodying the regional culture while solving the problem of local topography and climate,reasonably utilizing the resources,but there is still room for improvement in life convenience and health comfort.Therefore,the renewal strategies are put forward for their improvement to promote the protection and inheritance of the traditional well-frame buildings.
