摘　　要：文章以农宅部品视角为切入点,以图底转化为理论基石,将乡村建设转至乡村更新的维度进行研究,建立起宅居单体、建筑群体、村落整体三级建构体系,回应城乡一体化发展,应对所面临的资金支持、地区差异和实施路径等诸多问题。通过对无锡马山和平社区乡村更新实践中的模式语言进行解读,可以发现:精准式乡村更新,不仅能使乡村资源再度整合、重构和优化,实现绿色长效发展,而且还能在改善乡村人居环境的同时,使可持续的乡土演进成为可能。From the perspective of PARTS of rural residential dwellings,taking the theory of figure-ground as the theoretical basis,the paper studies the rural construction from the dimension of rural renewal,and builds a three-level construction system of single house,building group and village,in order to respond to the urban-rural integrated development and to solve many problems,such as financial support,regional differences and implementation path,and so on.Through the interpretation on the pattern language of the rural renewal practice of Heping Community in Mashan sub-district,Wuxi,it reveals that rural renewal with precise interventions could not only reintegrate,reconstruct and optimize rural resources,achieving long-term development,but also make sustainable rural evolution possible,while improving the rural living environment.
