城市更新视角下的校园综合体设计策略——以海门中学扩建综合大楼设计为例

摘　　要：面对既有校园空间紧缺与日益增长的教学需求之间的矛盾,校园更新中的教育综合体已成为破解发展空间紧张难题的一种建筑形式。文章以海门中学扩建综合大楼项目为例,立足多重诉求,通过空间复合、功能聚集,以及建筑形式、文化场景等多层次思考,探讨城市更新背景下的校园综合体设计策略,以期为校园更新的类似项目提供借鉴。Facing the contradiction between the shortage of the existing campus space and the growing demand for teaching,the educational complex in the campus renewal has become a kind of architectural form to alleviate the tension of development spaces.In this paper,the expanded complex building in Haimen Middle School is taken as an example.Based on multiple demands,through the space compound,function aggregation and architectural form,cultural scene and other multi-level thinking,the paper explores the campus complex design strategy under the background of urban renewal,in order to provide a reference for similar projects of campus renewal.
