摘　　要：运用SD法对新疆乌鲁木齐三个商业综合体的公共阅读空间环境进行定量分析与评价,探讨到访者满意度评价的影响因素。并通过SPSS软件分析,将其划分且按影响程度从大到小排列为感知、便捷、美化、管理四个维度,这些维度会很大程度地影响公共阅读空间的获客能力。针对三个阅读空间存在的具体问题,在感知、便捷和物理环境三方面提出改进策略,以期为商业综合体带来人流与价值。The SD method is used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the public reading space environment of three commercial complexes in Urumqi,Xinjiang,to explore the factors influencing the visitor satisfaction evaluation.Then with SPSS software,it divides it into four dimensions of perception,convenience,beautification and management according to the degree of influence,which will greatly affect the ability of public reading space to obtain the visitors.Therefore,in view of the specific problems existing in the three reading spaces,improvement strategies are proposed from three aspects of perception,convenience and physical environment,in order to bring population flow and value to the commercial complex.
