摘　　要：在“双碳”及高质量战略发展背景下,绿色发展理念是促进人与自然和谐的本质要求。水厂作为城市建设的重要基础设施,是支撑社会快速发展和人民美好生活的重要保障设施。因此如何将绿色理念贯穿于水厂的全生命周期,以及规划设计、项目建设、使用运营的全阶段,是当下水厂设计必须直面及重点思考的问题。通过对水厂周边环境、上位规划及建设条件的充分梳理,充分融合展示教育、休闲游憩等多功能的体验价值,将水厂打造成为高效低碳、和谐共生的城市新基建,也为城市水厂高质量、高标准的建造设计探索了新方向。In the context of“double carbon”and high-quality strategic development,the concept of green development is the essential requirement for promoting harmony between man and nature.As an important infrastructure of urban construction,water plants are important guarantee facilities supporting the rapid development of society and a beautiful life of the people.Therefore,how to apply the green concept throughout the full life cycle of the water plant,and to realize the full stage of planning,design,project construction,and use operations is a problem that the design of the water plant must face and consider.Through fully sorting out the surrounding environment,upper planning and construction conditions of the water plant,the experience value of multi-functional experience,such as education,leisure and recreation,etc.,is fully integrated to build the water plant a new infrastructure of high efficiency,low carbon,and harmonious symbiosis.It also explores new direction for the high quality and high standard construction and design of the urban water plants.
