摘  要:骨缺损修复治疗是临床面临的难点问题,生物材料植入体内后引起局部骨微环境中免疫应答的变化是决定治疗成败的关键因素。然而当前生物材料普遍存在免疫调控缺陷问题,无法很好地诱导利于骨缺损修复的免疫微环境成为制约生物材料发展的瓶颈,限制了其广泛应用。因此,深入探索生物材料诱导骨微环境中的免疫应答机制十分必要。本文就主要参与骨修复生物材料介导免疫微环境中免疫细胞和细胞因子之间的作用机制研究进展进行综述。Treatment of bone defects remains a complicated clinical problem.Changes of immune response in local bone microenvironment following biomaterial implantation is key factor that determines success or not.However,there are many defects in immune regulation of biomaterials at present,failure to induce immune microenvironment that is conducive to bone defect repair has become a bottleneck restricting the development of biomaterials and limiting their widespread use.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore the changes of immune response induced by biomaterials in bone microenvironment.This article reviews the research progress of the interaction mechanism between immune cells and cytokines that are mainly involved in immune response mediated by bone repair biomaterials in the microenvironment.
