环境与资源保护法课程内容体系的优化研究

摘　　要：为贯彻习近平生态文明思想,针对环境与资源保护法课程内容存在的教学内容庞杂、理论结构脉络不清、缺乏思政元素融入环境与资源保护法教学的理念和方式等问题,把环境与资源保护法优化重组为总论、分论两大部分共6个板块。总论部分包括环境、环境问题、环境与资源保护法的基本理论、环境与资源保护法的形成与演变等基础性理论知识一个板块;分论部分在原有环境污染防治法和专项资源保护法的基础上共优化为5个板块。结合环境与资源保护法学科内容与特点,对课程思政元素的选取及如何恰当融入到教学内容和教学过程中进行了系统设计。The environment and resources protection law is optimized and reorganized into general and sub-discussion.There are six parts in the two parts.The restructured legislation comprises two primary segments:a general segment and a more specialized discussion.The general part includes the basic theory of environmental culture,environmental problems,environmental culture and resource protection law,and the formation and evolution of environmental culture and resource protection law.One section of basic theoretical knowledge:The sub-section is optimized into five sections based on the original environmental pollution prevention and control law and special resource protection Law.How to integrate the selection of ideological and political elements into the teaching content and teaching process is systematically designed.This study systematically devises an approach to seamlessly integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching content and educational processes.
