摘 要:随着煤矿开采强度的不断提高,地表沉陷、矸石山等环境问题日益突出,而充填开采是解决这一问题的有效手段。本文以七元煤矿首采盘区北一盘区15101综采工作面为例,进行矸石充填开采设计研究,分析了该矿矸石来源及数量,并研究计算确定了井下矸石分选工艺和充填工艺。实践表明,设计确定的矸石充填开采方案应用效果良好,七元矿矸石全部回填采空区,实现了矿区资源与环境的协调发展。With the continuous improvement of coal mining intensity,environmental problems such as surface subsidence and gangue hills have become increasingly prominent,and filling mining is an effective means to solve this problem.In this paper,taking the 15101 fully mechanized mining face in the north first panel of the first mining panel of Qiyuan Coal Mine as an example,the design of gangue filling mining is studied,the source and quantity of gangue in the mine are analyzed,and the underground gangue separation process and filling process are determined by research and calculation.The practice shows that the application effect of the designed gangue filling mining scheme is good,and all the gangue in Qiyuan Mine is backfilled into the goaf,which realizes the coordinated development of resources and environment in the mining area.
