后发优势理论视域下中国特色档案学学术体系的构建

摘　　要：后发优势理论具有很强的科学张力,对新时代中国特色档案学学术体系的构建具有指导意义。本文通过研究中国特色档案学学术体系构建的后发基础,分析出其具有政策调整、经验借鉴、技术采借、精神力量和人才资源等后发优势,提出以政策法规为导向,明确发展模式;以经验借鉴为驱动,发挥兼容优势;以技术采借为突破,激活创新因子;以精神力量为支撑,激发内生动力;以人才资源为保障,推动持续发展的构建策略,实现中国特色档案学学术体系后来居上的发展。The theory of advantage of backwardness has strong scientific tension and has guiding significance for the construction of the academic system of archival science with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This article studies the latecomer foundation of the construction of the academic system of archival science with Chinese characteristics,analyzes its advantages in policy adjustment,experience learning,technology borrowing,spiritual strength,and talent resources,and proposes a clear development model guided by policies and regulations;Driven by experience,leveraging compatibility advantages;Using technological borrowing as a breakthrough to activate innovation factors;Using spiritual strength as support to stimulate endogenous motivation;Taking talent resources as the guarantee,promoting the construction strategy of sustainable development,and achieving the development of the academic system of archival science with Chinese characteristics from behind.
