摘　　要：解析针对网络存档的描述性元数据标准的建设,旨在明确网络存档描述性元数据的内容特征和设计思路,为网络档案描述性元数据方案建设提供参考。选取OCLC网络档案描述性元数据方案为例,对方案的背景和目标、内容基础、核心内容进行介绍,归纳出该方案结合网络档案特质进行内容设计、对接实践需求开发方案内容、注重方案内容互操作性的四大特质。由此立足我国实践,提出融合多方的团队建设、服务网络档案开发利用的方向确立、深入网络档案特质的内容设计的网络存档元数据方案建设策略。This paper analyzes the construction of descriptive metadata standards for web archives,aims to clarify the content characteristics and design ideas of web archives descriptive metadata,and provides a reference for the construction of web archives descriptive metadata schemes.Taking the OCLC web archives descriptive metadata scheme as an example,it introduces the background and goals,content basis,and core content of the scheme,and summarizes the content design combined with the characteristics of web archives,the docking of practical requirements to develop the content of the scheme,and the interoperability of the scheme.Based on the practice of our country,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of web archive metadata scheme integrating multi-party team building,establishing the direction of service network archive development and utilization,and deepening the content design of web archive characteristics.
