摘　　要：传统的电力营销服务决策辅助方法通常采用数据集成技术原理设计,但当处理大规模数据时,这些方法难以深度挖掘服务数据中潜在的有用信息,导致生成高质量服务决策需要更多时间,并且存在决策失误的风险。为了解决这一问题,引入了数据仓库技术,提出了一种全新的服务决策辅助方法。首先,根据特定规则处理电力营销服务数据以符合服务决策辅助的需求。其次,利用数据仓库技术,创建了一个专用于服务决策辅助的数据库,以深度挖掘各种类型的电力营销服务数据,有效存储和管理这些数据。基于这个数据库,设计了一个可视化平台,用于全面展示电力营销与服务各项业务的发展情况和相关指标的完成情况,以生成高质量的服务决策。实验分析表明,采用这种新的决策辅助方法,明显减少了决策生成的时间,能够在更短的时间内生成高质量的服务决策。Traditional decision-making assistance methods for power marketing services are usually designed using the principles of data integration technology.However,when dealing with large-scale data,these methods find it difficult to deeply explore the potential useful information in service data,resulting in more time required to generate high-quality service decisions and the risk of decision-making errors.To address this issue,data warehouse technology has been introduced and a new service decision-making assistance method has been proposed.Firstly,process power marketing service data according to specific rules to meet the needs of service decision-making assistance.Secondly,using data warehouse technology,a database dedicated to service decision-making assistance was created to deeply mine various types of power marketing service data,effectively store and manage these data.Based on this database,a visualization platform has been designed to comprehensively display the development status and completion status of relevant indicators of various businesses in power marketing and services,in order to generate high-quality service decisions.Experimental analysis shows that using this new decision assistance method significantly reduces the time for decision generation and can generate high-quality service decisions in a shorter time.
