摘  要:供需协同发展是我国空间规划的重要理念之一。以人口流失、老龄化和土地遗弃为特征的农村衰落已成为不可忽视的问题,空间优化是激发农村活力的重要方法。因此提出一种基于供需协同发展的优化思路,分析村庄供需现状,优化村庄三生空间,引导村庄可持续发展。以舞阳县西莲花村为例,采用文献资料研究、实地测量等方法,结合GIS、遥感影像、国土空间总体规划对村庄空间进行分类,分析村庄供需关系,确定优化目标,最后提出优化策略,以供需协同理念为导向引导村庄发展,从而探索国土空间规划不同视角下的村庄优化方法。The coordinated development of supply and demand is one of the important concepts of China’s spatial planning.Rural decline characterized by population loss,aging and land abandonment has become a problem that cannot be ignored,and spatial optimization is an important method to stimulate rural vitality.Therefore,an optimization idea based on the coordinated development of supply and demand is proposed,which analyzes the current situation of village supply and demand,optimizes the three-life space of the village,and guides the sustainable development of the village.Taking Xilianhua Village in Wuyang County as an example,the methods of literature research and field survey,combined with GIS,remote sensing imagery and land space master planning,classified the village space,analyzed the relationship between village supply and demand,determined the optimization goal,and finally proposed the optimization strategy.This paper guides village development guided by the concept of supply and demand synergy,so as to explore village optimization methods from different perspectives of territorial spatial planning.
