摘  要:合肥滨湖时代广场C2栋超高层上部结构采用混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,设定结构抗震性能目标为C级。设计中针对性地采取增加裙楼框柱及框梁截面,控制裙楼层(间)位移比在合适范围;采取增设钢骨的方式,达到外框柱的性能目标要求。对整体结构进行了小震弹性分析、小震弹性时程分析、中大震等效弹性分析以及大震弹塑性时程分析,表明结构及构件在小震、中震及大震作用下,均能达到预设的变形与损伤程度要求,结构设计合理。C2 building of Binhu Times Square in Hefei is a super high-rise building,using frame-concrete core wall structure,with a seismic performance target of level C.Adopting the method of increasing the cross-section of the frame columns and frame beams to control the displacement ratio of the skirt floors(inter floors)within an appropriate range.Adopting the method of adding steel bone to achieve the performance target requirements of outer frame columns.Through small earthquake elastic analysis,small earthquake elastic time history analysis,medium to large earthquake equivalent elastic analysis,and large earthquake elastic-plastic time history analysis,it is shown that the structure and components can meet the preset deformation and damage requirements under small,medium,and large earthquakes,indicating that the structural design is reasonable.
