摘 要:随着工业4.0时代的到来,市政建筑工程服务于民生的需求越来越凸显,传统沉井施工技术周期长、品质管理依赖现场水平、施工方式挑战城市交通管理。大型装配式预制钢筋混凝土沉井结构从根本保障了沉井施工质量、缩短了施工周期、改善了工作环境,提升了在受限空间下的施工范围。结合实际案例,阐明了大型装配式预制钢筋混凝土沉井施工工艺原理、适用范围、技术特征及质量控制要点,为相关水利、市政建筑领域提供了理论基础。With the advent of the era of Industry 4.0,the demand for municipal construction engineering to serve livelihood is becoming more and more prominent,traditional sunken structure construction technology has the characteristics of long technical cycle,quality management relying on site level,and traditional construction methods,it has challenged urban traffic management.Large prefabricated ferroconcrete sunken structure fundamentally guarantees the quality of sunken structure construction,shortens the construction period,improves the working environment and increases scope of construction in confined space.This article combining practical construction cases expounds construction process principle,scope of application,technical characteristics and key points of quality control for illustrating the large prefabricated ferroconcrete sunken structure,it provides the theoretical basis for the construction fields related to hydraulic engineering and municipal engineering.
