带上盖物业地铁车辆基地水消防系统设计探讨

摘　　要：地铁车辆基地具有建设规模大、建筑物数量多、火灾危险种类多、制约因素多等特点,上盖物业开发后,许多建筑单体的消防要求与常规无盖车辆基地相比有很大不同,其消防设计也更需要多专业、多角度思考。结合项目实例,从消防给水系统形式的选择、消火栓系统及自动灭火系统等方面进行了分析,总结了上盖物业开发车辆基地水消防系统设计要点,尤其是与建筑、暖通等专业的沟通协调,并对设计过程中存在的一些疑难问题进行了探讨,为新的车辆基地设计提供一些建议。Vehicle base has the characteristics of large-scale construction,many buildings,complex fire categories and many restrictive factors.Compared with the buildings in conventional uncovered vehicle base,the fire protection plans of many buildings in the vehicle base are very different.And the fire protection design from different subjects and multi angles is required.Combined with a specific project example,the design of fire protection water supply for the covered vehicle base is analyzed from the selection of fire protection water supply system,the design of fire hydrant systems and automatic fire extinguishing systems.The design points of fire protection water supply system for the covered vehicle are summarized,especially the communication and cooperation with architecture,HVAC and so on.And some suggestions for the new covered vehicle base are put forward after the discussion of some difficult problems.
