摘 要:针对一种航空扳动开关中的弹簧片组件的变形及失效问题,进行弹簧片的设计与优化,以保证产品微动开关正常通断,实现扳动开关的稳定性和可靠性。使用有限元分析软件ansysworkbench,结合传统CAD建模,对弹簧片组件进行模态分析、振动分析、振动影响分析和静力分析,对扳动开关的弹簧片进行设计优化。随着角度α的增加,阶数频率值呈线性增加趋势。弹簧片最大应力和作用力随角度α的增加呈线性增大趋势。当α为15°,弹簧片与按钮离0.2 mm时,满足疲劳平均化、寿命最大化设计要求,为最优方案。Aiming at the deformation and failure of the spring plate assembly of an aviation toggle switch,the spring plate is designed and optimized to ensure the normal opening and closing of the product microswitch and realize the stability and reliability of the switch.The modal analysis,vibration analysis,vibration influence analysis and static analysis of the spring component are carried out by using finite element analysis software ansysworkbench and traditional CAD modeling,and the spring plate of the toggle switch is optimized.With the increase of angleα,the order frequency values increase linearly.And the maximum stress and force of the spring plate increase linearly with the increase of angleα.Whenαis 15°,the distance between the spring plate and the button is 0.2 mm,it meets the design requirements of average fatigue and maximum life,which is the best solution.
