摘  要:隧道支护体系全过程信息化动态设计,是真正体现隧道设计施工一体化的理想设计方式。针对传统支护设计存在的针对性不强、统一性不高、安全冗余度偏大等问题,利用信息化、智能化等手段,研究支护体系全过程信息化动态设计与智能决策方法技术路线及关键内容。首先,给出涵盖地质、支护、施工等全过程全要素信息的样本数据库构建方法;其次,综合对比分析Bagging、Random Forest、Extra Trees等6种机器学习算法模型的适用性,明确智能设计决策算法优选类型;再次,提出基于支护变形指标的支护结构安全度量化评价方法;最后,制定支护优化智能决策反馈规则。研究结果为隧道支护体系全过程信息化动态设计与智能决策真正进入工程应用奠定了基础。The full process information dynamic design of tunnel support system is an ideal design method that truly reflects the integration of tunnel design and construction.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional support design,such as weak pertinence,low unity,and excessive safety redundancy,this paper studied the technology roadmap and key contents of the whole process information dynamic design and intelligent decision-making method of the support system by means of informatization and intelligence.Firstly,a sample database construction method was provided covering the entire process of geology,support,construction,and other essential information.Secondly,a comprehensive comparative analysis was conducted on the applicability of six machine learning algorithm models,including Bagging,Random Forest,and Extra Trees,to clarify the optimal types of intelligent algorithm models.Thirdly,a quantitative evaluation method was proposed for the safety of support structures based on support deformation indicators.Finally,intelligent decision feedback rules were developed for support optimization.The above research results have laid the foundation for the engineering application of full process information dynamic design and intelligent decision-making of tunnel support system.
