摘　　要：目的探讨吴茱萸热奄包联合超声电导仪透皮给药技术对胃肠手术患者肠道功能恢复的影响。方法选择2022年5月至2023年5月粤北人民医院拟行胃肠手术的100例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规护理+吴茱萸热奄包治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用吴茱萸热奄包联合超声电导仪透皮给药技术。比较两组患者术后的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间以及腹胀发生率、腹痛发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者术后的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,腹胀发生率和腹痛发生率均低于对照组,患者满意度则高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸热奄包联合超声电导仪透皮给药技术促进了胃肠手术患者的肠道功能恢复,提高了患者满意度。Objective To investigate the influence of medicinal evodia fruit hot compress combined with ultrasonic conductivity instrument-mediated transdermal drug delivery technology on the recovery of bowel function in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods Patients scheduled for gastrointestinal surgery at Yue Bei People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with medicinal evodia fruit hot compress,while the observation group received treatment with medicinal evodia fruit hot compress combined with ultrasonic conductivity instrument-mediated transdermal drug delivery technology.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first flatus time,the first defecation time,incidence of abdominal distension,incidence of abdominal pain,and patients satisfaction were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first flatus time,the first defecation time,incidence of abdominal distension,incidence of abdominal pain were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and patients satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Medicinal evodia fruit hot compress combined with ultrasonic conductivity instrument-mediated transdermal drug delivery technology can promote the recovery of bowel function in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery and improve their satisfaction.
