摘　　要：该文报道了1例60岁男性患者直肠癌根治术后回肠造口周围皮肤压力性损伤的护理。通过采取机械清创联合银离子敷料抗感染治疗+一件式造口产品的使用,营养支持治疗,患者造口周围皮肤压损得到有效控制,最终顺利愈合。This paper reports the nursing care of a 60-year-old male patient with skin pressure injury around ileostomy after radical resection of rectal cancer.Through the use of mechanical debridement combined with silver ion dressing anti-infection treatment and the use of one-piece ostomy products,with nutritional support treatment,the skin pressure damage around the stoma of the patient was effectively controlled and finally healed smoothly.
