摘　　要：总结1例原位肝移植术后延期关腹患者的护理经验。护理要点包括:预防腹腔感染(保持腹腔VSD持续低负压吸引,控制伤口感染,规范引流管护理);控制腹腔压力,保障肝脏血流灌注及器官功能(动态观察腹内压的变化,减轻腹胀,降低腹内压);优化液体管理。通过监护治疗和精心护理,术后第9天患者顺利关腹,后期转至普通病房,术后第43天步行出院,随访至今,恢复良好。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with delayed abdominal closure after orthotopic liver transplantation.Nursing methods included:preventing abdominal infection(maintaining continuous low negative pressure suction of abdominal VSD,controlling wound infection and standardizating drainage tube nursing);To control the abdominal pressure to ensure the liver perfusion and organ function(dynamically observe the changes of intra-abdominal pressure,reduce abdominal distension and intra-abdominal pressure);Optimizing liquid management.Through monitoring treatment and careful nursing,the patient was successfully closed on the 9th day after surgery and later transferred to the general ward.The patient was discharged from the hospital on the 43rd day after surgery and recovered well.
