摘  要:目的了解在职中青年糖尿病患者饮食管理现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年6月至2022年6月常州市第一人民医院内分泌代谢科门诊或住院收治的中青年在职糖尿病患者290例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病患者饮食管理量表进行问卷调查。结果272例(问卷有效收回率93.79%)在职中青年糖尿病患者饮食管理量表总均分为(42.79±8.97)分,条目均分为(2.85±0.60)分,其中低、中、高水平的占比分别为6.62%、91.18%和2.20%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、有无糖尿病并发症、是否接受过糖尿病健康教育是在职中青年糖尿病患者饮食管理的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论在职中青年糖尿病患者饮食管理得分处于中等水平,其中饮食知识维度较低,医务人员应制定针对性干预措施,帮助其掌握糖尿病健康管理知识,提高其饮食管理水平。Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of diet management in working young and middle-aged patients with diabetes.Methods 290 young and middle-aged patients with diabetes in the First People's Hospital of Changzhou from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method.Dietary Management Scale for diabetes patients were used to measure the level of diet management with young and middle-aged patients with diabetes.Results The effective recovery rate was 93.79%.The total average score of diet management scale was(42.79±8.97)and the average score of each item was(2.85±0.60),among which the proportion of low,medium and high level was 6.62%,91.18%and 2.20%,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,whether there were diabetes complications,and whether they had received diabetes health education were the influencing factors for diet management of those patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The score of diet management in working young and middle-aged patients with diabetes was at the medium level,and the dimension of diet knowledge was low.Medical professionals should formulate targeted intervention measures to help young and middle-aged patients with diabetes to master the knowledge of diabetes health management and improve their diet management level.
