摘 要:美国媒介素养教育的起步并不是最早的,但是却在后期实现超越式发展。伴随数字化时代的到来,美国经历了从“媒介素养教育”到“数字媒介素养教育”的转变,其中蕴含着社会情境、学习科学、意识形态的三重逻辑,并在国家话语意旨和学术话语转向两个层面呈现出数字媒介素养教育的创新性解释。在跨世纪的流变过程中,其教育理念也由单一保护主义到超越保护主义,产生了赋权性转变。在话语分析视野之下,纵览美国数字媒介素养教育的发展历程,科学理性、经济理性、制度理性及价值理性分别发挥着基柱、动力、规范、携领的重要作用,并且其融合发展路径呈现出顺序差异性、相互渗透性、深度交融性。The media literacy education in the United States was not the first to start,but it achieved a transcendental development in the later period.With the arrival of the digital era,the United States has experienced the transformation from "media literacy education" to "digital media literacy education",which contained the triple logic of social context,learning science,and ideology,and presented the innovative interpretation of digital media literacy education from the national discourse and academic discourse.In the changing process of the cross century,its educational concept has also changed from single protectionism to beyond protectionism,appearing an empowering transformation.In the perspective of discourse analysis,throughout the development process of digital media literacy education in the United States,scientific rationality,economic rationality,institutional rationality and value rationality played an important role in its foundation,which are Basic,propulsive,normative and leading function.None of them can be ignored and gradually move towards a "quadruple integration" path.In addition,the quadruple rationality's integration presents the properties of order difference,mutual penetration and deep integration.
