高校辅导员大学生安全管理工作探究

摘　　要：高校的安全稳定对社会发展及人才培养有着至关重要的影响,但一直以来高校比较注重教育质量,疏忽了安全管理的重要性,使得传统的安全管理方法存在诸多弊端。辅导员作为与学生日常生活学习关联最为紧密的群体,能够直接了解学生的生活、学习情况,对学生进行管理指导,尤其是在安全管理中发挥了至关重要的作用。指出大学生安全管理的重要性,详细阐述辅导员在高校教育体系中的作用与地位,分析大学生群体常见安全问题,以及辅导员在大学生安全管理工作中存在的问题和形成原因,最终提出解决对策,完善高校大学生安全管理工作。The safety and stability of colleges and universities has a crucial impact on social development and personnel training,but colleges and universities have been paying more attention to the quality of education,neglecting the importance of safety management,which makes the traditional safety management methods have many drawbacks.As the group most closely related to students’daily life and study,counselors can directly understand students᾽life and study,and provide management and guidance to students,especially in the safety management plays a crucial role.This paper will point out the importance of college students᾽safety management,elaborate the role and status of counselors in the college education system,analyze the common safety problems of college students,and counselors in the safety management of college students existing problems and causes,and finally put forward solutions to improve the safety management of college students.
