摘 要:通过研究从环境艺术设计专业“3+2”分段培养的人才培养现状,明确人才培养目标,探索“343”人才培养模式,提出了在建设过程中提升环境艺术设计专业人才培养质量的路径:重塑人才培养定位,体现职业本科特色;注重课程体系设计的衔接,做好专本协同发展;进一步发挥“岗课赛证”办学特色,体现环境艺术设计专业的职业能力;重视能力培养,建立多元化的考核与评估机制,以期对现阶段本科层次职业教育的发展提供借鉴。This paper mainly starts from analyzing the current situation of vocational undergraduate talents training in“3+2”sectional training of environmental art and design major,clarifying the talent training objectives,exploring the“343”talent training mode,and proposing the paths to improve the quality of talents training in environmental art design in the construction process:(1)reshaping the positioning of talent training,reflecting the characteristics of vocational undergraduate;(2)pay attention to the articulation in the design of curriculum system,and do a good job in the synergistic development of the college;(3)give further play to the“post-course-competition-certificate”characteristics to reflect the vocational ability of environmental art and design majors;(4)pay attention to the cultivation of ability,and establish a diversified assessment and evaluation mechanism;in order to provide reference for the development of vocational education at the current stage of undergraduate level.
