摘　　要：新工科是一种新的工程教育教学模式,着力于将新技术、新理念融合传统学科,实施跨界整合,培养新型工程科技人才。首先,从教学内容、学生实践创新、教师教学、学生学习态度、思政元素、考核方式等多个方面分析了传统机械类人才培养过程中存在的问题;其次,阐述了新工科建设对机械工程师的能力和素养要求,要求学生在掌握专业知识的同时扩大知识面,在培养道德素养、解决问题能力、动手能力和人际交往能力等方面全面综合发展;最后,针对新工科背景下机械类学生的能力和素养要求探析了人才培养中的关键问题。“New Engineering”is a new engineering education mode,which focuses on integration of new technologies and new ideas into traditional disciplines,implementing cross-border integration and cultivation of new engineering talents.This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the training process of traditional mechanical engineers from the aspects of teaching content,students’practical innovation,teachers’teaching,students’learning attitude,ideological and political elements,and assessment methods.The paper then expounds the requirements for the ability and quality of mechanical engineers in the construction of“new engineering”.Students are required to expand their knowledge while mastering professional knowledge,and to cultivate their moral quality,problem-solving ability.At last,the paper analyzes the key problems in talent training for mechanical students under the background of“new engineering”.
