乡村振兴背景下合作社成长的影响因素及演进机理——基于社会关系网络与敏捷性的视角

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略全面加速推进的现实背景下,面对不断变化的外部环境,如何有效获取信息和资源、培养环境感知能力并以此提高反应能力是合作社成长急需解决的重大课题。研究采用单案例研究法,深入探析了社会关系网络如何作用于合作社敏捷性,以及如何影响合作社的成长。研究结果显示:一是社会关系网络可以为合作社带来丰富的外部信息和资源,对合作社成长产生直接推动作用。二是社会关系网络也能够通过影响合作社敏捷性与反应能力,从而间接推动合作社变革,促进其可持续成长。可见,维护良好的社会关系网络,乃是改善合作社内部管理、提升合作社敏捷性、促进合作社健康成长的战略之举。Facing the ever-changing external environment,how to effectively obtain information and resources,cultivate the ability of environmental awareness and thus improve the ability of response is an important issue that needs to be solved in the growth of cooperatives.This article adopts the single-case study method to deeply analyze how the social network affects the agility of the cooperative,and how influences the growth of the cooperative.The research results show that First,the social network brings abundant external information and resources to the cooperative,and directly promotes the growth of the cooperative.Second,the social relationship network(network size,relationship type,duration),by influencing the agility response ability of the cooperative,indirectly promotes the reform of the cooperative,and promotes its sustainable growth.The research conclusions are helpful to broaden the research horizon of cooperatives,maintain the social network of cooperatives,and provide useful reference for improving the internal management practices of cooperatives.
